I am extremely grateful I started John Doherty’s Modern Spiritually Program at the Sanctuary Centre in Dublin. I found it both inspiring and empowering to have attended this program. John is an amazing, gifted teacher who brings mindfulness and spirituality to a new level. He makes each module easy to understand through his teaching and experiential work, while engaging with us on a deeper, meaningful way.
He created a strong, safe environment for me to explore a more worthwhile, positive life. It gave me with good insights on how to best navigate through life with uplifting mindfulness and spirituality. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in this area to engage on this inspiring journey with John.
