Each month, we gather across time zones and traditions to ground ourselves in the presence of spirit. Touch Stones of Spirit is a one-hour online meeting designed to nourish your inner life, awaken mindfulness, and connect you to a deeper current of meaning and community.
What to Expect:
• A fresh teaching from John F. Doherty, drawing on wisdom, insight, and personal practice
• A guided mindfulness meditation to centre your awareness and open your heart
• A space for shared connection, gentle reflection, and spiritual presence
You are invited to come just as you are—whether you’re rooted in a faith tradition, spiritually curious, or simply seeking peace and connection.
