We create a safe, steady space for you to slow down, listen deeply, and begin meaningful healing. This retreat is designed to support your wellbeing, help you release what no longer serves you, and reconnect you with the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be met.
Through a blend of mindfulness practice, family constellation work, somatic trauma release, ancestral healing, inner child and adolescent reconnection, and shadow integration, you’ll have the chance to explore and shift old patterns at their roots.
This kind of work can bring a real lightness — easing the weight of inherited stories, loosening stuck emotional habits, and opening the way to a more grounded, loving, and authentic way of being.
The journey unfolds in an intimate group setting, supported by daily yoga, sound baths, nourishing food, sunshine, and genuine care. Optional one-to-one sessions in bodywork, energy healing, and spiritual guidance are also available.
Together, John and Maria Jesús bring more than 30 years of experience walking alongside people on their path toward personal and spiritual growth.

ACCOMMODATION: Single Rooms
TRANSFERS: Taxi Alicante Airport to Retreat House €50
FOOD: Breakfast self-service, Delicious Lunch and Dinner Tapas all provided
PRICE: €1200 includes, Accommodation Single room, shared bathroom, food, yoga, all healing sessions.
(1-1s optional depending on time/availability, priced per 50-minute session at €60)
DEPOSIT: €300 secures your place with the balance upon arrival. Deposit is non-refundable given our small group size, but in certain circumstances (medical, etc.) we will consider credit toward a future retreat
SAFETY: The retreat is a safe space for inner transformation. All participants are interviewed prior to attending for suitability. Extra protocols are in place for any overwhelm, triggering, resistence or challanges that might arise. We work gently, at your pace, with trauma-informed methods. If a participant is triggered, we pause, offer individual support, encourage breaks, and provide grounding practices.
INSURANCE: The retreat has Public Liability Insurance and all facilitators hold Professional Indemnity Insurance, which means they are fully qualified in their specialist areas, are part of Professional Associations, are signed up to a Professional Code of Ethics and Practice and have regular Professional Supervision of their work.

Maria is a member of Cofenat a Spanish association of Health Professionals. She is a member of The Somatic Experiencing Association and abides by their Code of Ethics. All her work is fully insured and she receives regular supervision.
I began my training as a holistic therapist in 1997. My own journey began by exploring different energy therapies. Once I gained a full understanding of energy, I felt the need to understand
the body , so I studied different types of massage. I trained in Thailand at the ITM massage school in Chiang Mai. After understanding the relationship between energy and the body, I felt the need to understand
the mind , so I studied Psychotherapy. And after that, I felt that I could really offer a holistic approach to my clients. Mind, body and soul. I am passionate about taking people on a holistic journey of self-discovery.

John is a Registered Professional Supervisor with The Supervisory Association of Ireland. He is also a Registered Onespirit Minister UK and Ireland and follows their Code of Ethics and Practice. He is fully insured for all his professional work and attends his own regular supervision.
I have been working in the area of mindfulness, spirituality and healing for the last 30 years. Growing up and dealing with a range of personal issues from rejection, addiction to depression and heartbreak I have spend many years healing and transforming my own stuff and now offer a range of modalities to others.
