ACCOMMODATION: Single or Twin Room en suite +air-con +wifi

FOOD: Full Board with special diet options and pack lunches if required for beach

  • Morning 10.30am- 12pm – Mindfulness & Spiritual Wellbeing with John

1-1s Optional available every afternoon

  • Massage, Energy healing, Acupuncture, Kinesology
    • (Most treatments are €50 per hour)
  • Yoga on the Beach

  • All meals are Spanish with lots of food, options
  • Retreat Centre is attached to school (kids will be in playground at certain times nearby in the mornings)
  • 1 Minute walk to beach
  • On Tram Stop (“Los Salesianos” Yellow Line 3)
  • 1-1 massage and energy healing treatments can be arranged on site
  • Fees include Airport pickup and Drop off, Full Board Accommodation, Time with Facilitator
