New content of teaching videos, meditations, blogs and sessions is updated monthly. Membership is monthly, its a subscription service using PayPal and can be cancelled anytime.
The Membership levels are as follows:
Silver Membership (€40 per month)
- Two Weekly Zoom Mindfulness Practice Classes online
- Weekly recording of each practice
- Email correspondence for questions about practice
Gold Membership (€100 per month)
- Two Weekly Zoom Mindfulness Practice Classes online
- Weekly recording of each practice
- Email correspondence for questions about practice
- 1-1 Zoom (1h) Session with John per month
- €10 per month retreat discount coupon (cumulative and valid for 1 year)
On all Membership Plans we are offering a FREE trial period of the 1st Month.
