This is an 3 week course introducing the student to the subject of Mindfulness and Spiritual Wellbeing. Each week introduces a topic with the theory, teaching and practice followed by learning exercises. The aim of the course is to give people a grounding in the area and the ability to communicate an understanding of the theory in everyday language as well as an experience of the various Mindfulness practices.
